Frequently Asked Questions - Order Process
You will need to complete and submit a order form.
Yes, we do have a minimum order requirement of R250 (in other words, no orders under R250 will be processed). If your order total is less, we will add a surcharge to the total to bring it to R250
Once we have received your formal order, we will issue an invoice and email it to you. Our banking details and payment instructions will be on the invoice. If your order totals less than R500, you will need to pay the full amount to confirm your order. Orders which total more than R500 only needs to pay a 50% deposit to confirm the order.
We have a standard lead time of 3 weeks on all orders, from confirmation of payment. A rush order may be requested – but please take note you will be charged accordingly. If you requested a rush order but one is not added to your invoice it means, we cannot process a rush date for your order and in that case our standard lead time applies.
Yes. We always send all designs to be approved by the client before
sending the files to the workshop. You are welcome to request changes to any designs until you are happy. We will send amended designs after each draft until we have your final approval. 3 drafts are included in the cost of the item, thereafter you will be charged R50 per draft.
We do not deliver ourselves, no, but we can courier your order to you, yes. This cost will be added to your invoice. You must specify your physical address you want the order to be delivered to on your order form. Remember to specify whether you would like to take out insurance on your parcel/s. We make use of 3 companies. We decide which one to use to book your order based on your location and what it is that we are sending (size of parcel) – in order to get the most affordable option for you.
Yes, you are welcome to collect your order from our workshop in Montana, Pretoria. Once your order has been completed, we will send you a notification email with the address and pick-up times. After-hour and weekend collections need to be arranged please. You may send your
own courier or driver to collect, yes, but please take note that a packaging fee of R50 per box will be charged if we need to wrap and box your order.
